MCE Deepwater Development (MCEDD) sought a brand refresh for their annual conference. The client was looking for something conservative and professional.

The original logo had not been created in a vector format and was difficult to read at smaller sizes. The maroon Earth was also a concern as a red sea could be interpreted with negative connotations. The redesigned logo was accepted because it was more modern, clean and easier to interpret.
